png-tubers are 25% more of regular commission prices.
this extra will cover a blink, mouth open/close.png-tuber expressions are 15$ each
(which will include a blink, mouth open/close version of the expressions as well)

if you do not want the commission posted after being completed, make sure to let me know. otherwise there can be a chance i will post progress photos, etc

after line art is done, big changes cannot be made. sketch updates will be sent at the start of the process which is the best time to make any you see fit!large changes needed after both parties agreed on the sketch phase, will cost a fee for the extra hours.

for personal use only, (vtube/png not included ) if you plan on using this for selling on prints, merch etc there is a commercial fee. which will double the price of whatever you have ordered

do not claim commission art as your own, trace etc

i keep the right to cancel any project if i am uncomfortable, and a refund will be made
